Backyard Band/with is a simple recipe, concocted by a group of friends in 2008: silent films, live music and homemade pies. (Yes, you can have all three at the same time!)

We put together a themed evenings of unique silent films and imagery set to original, live scores by local musicians. 

The pie portion of the evening depends on you: it's a potluck!

The spirit of BYBW is based on the silent era when films were a social event, meant to be enjoyed in a group and to provoke conversation.
